Crumby Family Funeral Service provided an absolutely wonderful atmosphere in honoring the passing of my son. Barry Hill was instrumental in assisting us in such a difficult time and stayed right by our side while we navigated through this otherwise tough process. From the time that I was a little girl I can remember, the funeral home on Broad Street in the way that Mr. and Mrs. Cumby always took care of our deceased family members. As I aged, James carried on their kindness with my parents. It is so calming to know that they are still here and helping people that are in need of comfort.

I had not requested, not expected, anyone from Cumby to attend my sister's very small private service at her church columbarium just before Thanksgiving. However, Andrew Cumby came, and we were very grateful he did as he was extraordinarily helpful, providing for needs we had not anticipated. I will forever be thankful for his thoughtfulness.

There are no words to truly express the deep appreciation felt by our family. The empathy shown was above and beyond our expectation. Kenneth Colman paid attention to every detail when our mom was telling him how our dad used to pick honeysuckle for her. The following day at the family viewing there was a vase of wild honeysuckle sitting on a table by our dad. The scent of those flowers brought comfort to our mom, Kenneth and the rest of the staff were awesome.

I would definitely recommend Cumby Funeral Home. We received excellent service from everyone there. Barry Hill helped me every step of the way with the arrangements of my mom's funeral. He was very compassionate and went above and beyond with every detail. Our family can't thank them enough for the services they provided.

Andrew was so helpful during one of the most difficult times of my life. Everyone there is professional and courteous. Living out of state when my father passed, made things even more difficult but Andrew helped me make all arrangements.
