I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Betty. We had been friends for many years. I fondly remember our visits and our Friday night trips to Tom's seafood restaurant. It was always so uplifting to visit with Betty. Despite her many physical ailments she always had the sweetest temperament. You knew you were in the presence of someone who had a deep personal relationship with Jesus. She loved her family dearly. I know that today she is being lovingly embraced by God and her beloved husband and daughter. I pray that God will comfort her family members who remain behind and give them peace. You were so blessed to have her as a mother and grandmother and I was very blessed to call her my friend.
