Carl Leonard Duggins

HIGH POINT - Carl Leonard Duggins, 69, died Friday, August 18, 2017, at The Meridian Center in High Point.

He was born February 4, 1948, in Winston-Salem and was the son of the late William Walter and Cora Bell Jackson Duggins.  Prior to his disability retirement, he had worked for the City of High Point.

He is survived by two sisters, Dale Mack of High Point and Nancy Goins of Kernersville; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no formal services.

Cumby Family Funeral Service of High Point is serving the Duggins family.
