Jane Cribb Lawson

ARCHDALE- Jane Cribb Lawson, 59, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018.

She was born on January 16, 1958 in Randolph County, to Archie and Thelma Cooper Cribb. A resident of this area most of her life, she was 1976 graduate of Asheboro High School. She worked as a Unit secretary on 6 South, at High Point Regional Hospital. Jane loved her staff and was always taking them peppermint. She attended City of Refuge in Randleman, where she enjoyed their music ministry. She also enjoyed working outdoors; especially mowing her yard. Her true love and passion was taking care of her children and grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister and will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, preceding her in death was a sister, Lynn Davis.

She leaves to cherish her memory; her husband, Paul Lawson, Jr.; her children, Paul Lawson III and wife Jayme, Stephanie Lawson and husband John, and Jason Lawson; her brother, Galen Cribb and wife Cheryl; her sister, Dawn Aldridge and husband Scott. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Caleb Bellamy, Abigail Bellamy, Ryland Hilliard, Jennifer Lawson and Henry Lawson.

A service to celebrate Jane’s life will be held on Wednesday, January 10, at 11 am, in the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale, with Pastor Donna Moore officiating. Interment will follow in GuilRand Memorial Park Cemetery. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 9, from 6 until 8 pm at the funeral home.
