Loretta Jane Blackwell

Loretta Jane Blackwell, 69, passed away September 17, 2017.  She was born April 27, 1948, in High Point, to the late Richard and Dorothy Blackwell.  Jane was very thoughtful and always remembered important dates, like birthdays, and was willing to help others when she was able.  Most of all, she loved people and making them laugh.

She is survived by her sister, Ann Batten and husband Bob of Trinity, NC; brother, Richard E. Blackwell, Jr. and wife Linda of Collinsville, VA; one niece, Ashley; and three nephews, Rich Blackwell, Rob Batten and Bradley Batten.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point.
