Timothy James Hill

High Point – Timothy James Hill, 59, passed away Friday, April 19, 2024.

Born October 13, 1964, in Forsyth County, Timothy was the son of the late Emmit Daniel Boone Leroy Hill, Sr. and the late Delora Mae Wicker Hill. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Matthew and Gene Hill. Timothy was of the Baptist Faith and worked for Hendrix Batting for 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, especially for bass and catfish, working on cars, and spending time with his baby, Sadie, his pit bull.

Timothy is survived by four children, Pauline Martin, of Thomasville, T. J. Hill, Jr., of Columbia, SC, Daniel Lackey and Joseph Lackey, both of High Point; his former wife, Kathy Hill, of High Point; sixteen grandchildren, Ana, Cadence, Shianne, Kailor, Hope, Hailey, Isaiah, Gabriel, Hayden, Hazel, Tesla, Phoenix, Stormi, Zayne, Bentley, and Willow. Also surviving are his brother, Daniel Hill, Jr., of Lexington, sister, Janie Sandridge and husband, William, of Jamestown, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life for Timothy on from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Shelter #1 at Lake Thom-a-Lex Park in Lexington.
