William Charles Ellis

Mr. William Charles Ellis, 62, of High Point, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017, at the Hinkle Hospice Home in Lexington.

Born March 22, 1955, in Reidsville, William was the son of Howard Marion and Audrey Duggins Ellis. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Howard Keith Ellis. William worked for Duke Power in Belews Creek.

He is survived by his mother and step-father Audrey and Thomas Gann; sister, Amy Isom, and husband, Chuck; two brothers, Roger Ellis and wife, Donna, and Jimmy Ellis; nine nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Temple Heights Baptist Church in Trinity, officiated by Rev. Don Collins. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday night from 5 until 7 at Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale.
