TRINITY – Inez Pierce Biggerstaff, 87, died Sunday, December 2, 2018, at High Point Medical Center.
She was born April 30, 1931, in Randolph County and was the daughter of the late Harvey Allen and Tressie Robbins Pierce. She was a hard worker all of her life and retired from Blue Bell Hosiery Mill. Inez loved animals, especially cats, and was a great cook.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton “Cliff” Biggerstaff; and nine brothers and sisters.
Inez is survived by two sisters, Peggy Pugh (Arnold) of Trinity and Nora Lee Myers (Paul) of Orlando, Florida; one brother, Rev. Barney Pierce of Trinity; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside service celebrating Inez’s life will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at Poplar Ridge Friends Cemetery. The family will speak with friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.
