Amy Lynn (Tate) English

Trinity – Amy Lynn Tate English, 44, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at her residence.  She was born on August 7, 1976 in High Point, a loving daughter to the late Richard Jones and Linda Tate.

Amy worked as a sewer in the furniture industry, but was also a homemaker, mother, and friend.  Amy enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog.

Amy was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Mike Clark and David Jones, and sister, Janet Jones Lang.

She is survived by two sons; Michael English of Trinity and Isaiah English of Trinity; sisters, Angela (Sissy) Brower of Sophia, Robin Clark of Mocksville, Sandi Jones Summers of Charlotte, and Kristina Loggins of Thomasville along with many dear friends.

A funeral service will be held at Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.  Pastor Steve McSwain will officiate the service.  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
