Betsy (Thomas) Morgan

Mrs. Betsy Thomas Morgan, 55, resident of Trinity, died October 12, 2018 at Hospice Home at High Point.

Mrs. Morgan was born May 2, 1963 in Abingdon, VA, a daughter to Coy and Sandy Curd Thomas.  A resident of this area most of her life, she had worked at B & B Accounting and was a member of New Covenant Church of God.  In 2005 she married Stanley Morgan who survives of the residence.

Also surviving is her mother of High Point; two sons, Randy Jennings and wife Emily of Clemmons and Noah Morgan of the residence; a daughter, Kayla Wooten and husband Nathan of Thomasville; a sister, Mary Barnes and husband Lee of Archdale; and a brother, Laverne Thomas and wife Lisa of Thomasville.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at New Covenant Church of God, 5945 Mendenhall Rd. Archdale, N.C., 27263, with Rev. Riley Puckett and Rev. Brad Thomas officiating.  Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service Tuesday at the church.  Memorials may be directed to her church or to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Dr. High Point, N.C., 27262.  Special thanks is extended to Angie Ridge as well as the many friends who supported and cared for her through her illness.
