Mrs. Cindy Mae Bass Tyndall Madison, age 90, of High Point, went home to be with the Lord March 9, 2018 at Pine Ridge Health and Rehab, Thomasville, NC.
Cindy was born in Sampson County January 23, 1928 the daughter of the late William M. and Lossie Mae Beal Bass. She worked for USFI Furniture as a furniture inspector. Cindy attended Landmark Baptist Church, Straightway Baptist Church and most recently Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Lee Tyndall, one son Donald Ray Bass; three sisters; Annie Bass Tyndall, Mattie Bass, and Lura Bass Cannon; one brother William Martin Bass.
Survivors include two daughters; Shirley T. Cranford (George) of High Point and Cindy T. Brown (Terry) of Thomasville; two sons Larry Tyndall (Brenda) and Nelson Tyndall all of Thomasville, one daughter-in-law, Jean Bass; seven grandchildren, Michelle B. Lantz, Douglas L. Tyndall, Nathan W. Tyndall, Eric L. Tyndall, Laurinda T. Clark, Terry Allen Brown Jr., Kateresa T. Tyndall; nine great grandchildren; Sydney Tyndall, Jaden Tyndall, Weston Tyndall, Braxton Tyndall, Ian Clark, Mykaela Clark, Sky Brown, Tyler Lantz, and Eleanna Tyndall; one sister, Mallie B. Tew; one brother, Henry Royal Bass.
A service to Honor and Celebrate Cindy’s life will be conducted 2:00 PM March 13, 2018 at the Cumby Family Funeral Service Archdale Chapel with Pastor Richard Callahan officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
