Cynthia Lynn (Caldwell) Uselman

Mrs. Cynthia Lynn Caldwell Uselman, 67, resident of Lexington, died January 24, 2021 at Hospice Home at High Point.

She was born January 15, 1954 in High Point, a daughter to the late Daniel and Evelyn Joann Morgan Caldwell.  As a resident of this area all her life, she was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was a member of Rich Fork Baptist Church.  She loved living at High Rock Lake and spending time on the pontoon boat on hot summer days.  She also loved the Carolina Panthers and attending home games with her family.

Surviving is her husband, Tony Michael “Mike” Uselman Sr.; a daughter, Gretchen Laine Jacobs and husband Matt; a son, Tony Michael Uselman Jr. and wife Felicia; two sisters, Cheryl Caldwell Marsh and Candi Caldwell Siler; two brothers, Charles “Chuck” Phillip Caldwell and Curtis Daniel Caldwell; three grandchildren, Eli Jacobs, Kylie Jacobs, and Carson Uselman; and two step grandchildren, Travis and Megan Hamilton.  She loved her grandchildren immensely.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 29, at Rich Fork Baptist Church in Thomasville with Rev. Michael Bowers officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice Home at High Point, 1803 Westchester Dr. High Point, NC, 27262.  Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point is assisting the family.
