Deana Francine (Gerbino) Schimmenti

High Point, NC – Deana Francine Gerbino Schimmenti, 62, passed away suddenly at her residence on April 3, 2021.

Deana was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 26, 1959 to Hilda and the late Anthony Gerbino.

Deana was a spiritually strong individual. She was social, making loving friends anywhere she was. She worked hard for 15 years as a Real Estate Title Officer. Deana was artistic and inquisitive, collecting gemstones and maintained a passionate interest in Earth Science.  She was a generous, giving person who shared her love with all. Most of all, Deana was a loving, devoted mother of two outstanding sons. She instilled an unparalleled work ethic, generosity, and was exceptionally proud of the young men they have become.

Deana is survived by her mother Hilda Gerbino; sons, Michael Schimmenti and wife, Katie; Mathew Schimmenti; and brother, Robert Gerbino and wife, Laurie.

The family will hold private services to honor Deana’s life.
