Donald "Donnie" Morgan

ARCHDALE- Donald “Donnie” Morgan, 75, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 24, 2020.

He was born on October 19, 1944, in High Point, a son of the late Cletus and Nellie Strickland Morgan. A resident of this area all his life, Donnie enjoyed the outdoors, watching TV and spending time with his family. He was a loving father, brother, and grandfather and will be dearly missed. In addition to his parents, preceding him in death were his wife, Pauline Roach Morgan; a daughter, Lisa Magdaraog, and a brother, Charlie Morgan.

He leaves to cherish his memory; his children, Angela Parker and her husband, Scott, Clettus Morgan and his wife, Revonda, and Paul Morgan; his sister, Gloria Bingham; his grandchildren, Philip Magdaraog, Morgan Magdaraog, Alec Magdaraog, Tyler Parker, Tiffany Parker, Travis Parker, Trevor Morgan and Haylee Morgan; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Aironnah, Elliott, Jaxon, Keanu, Kaleia, Jeslyn, Rayan, Aubrey, Zeb and Chole.

A service to celebrate Donnie’s life will be held on Monday afternoon, September 28, at 2 o’clock, from the graveside at Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery, with Pastor Ronnie Everhart officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.
