“Dr. Bernard “Bernie” Joseph Hillig, Sr., 85, of High Point passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Pennybyrn at Maryfield.

A memorial mass in his honor will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Pennybyrn on Wednesday, July 3, 2019.  A Funeral Mass will be held July 8, 2019 at St. Andrew Apostle Catholic Church in Silver Spring, Maryland.
