Edgar Merritt Brim

Mr. Edgar Merritt Brim, 89, resident of Randleman, died May 12, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. Brim was born October 11, 1929 in Patrick, VA, a son to Abraham and Katie Thompson Brim.  He was a resident of this area all his life and worked in the trucking industry.  On December 27, 1971 he married the former Gail Snoddy who preceded him in death on December 30, 2014.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of the Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point with Rev. Roger Carmichael officiating.  Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in High Point.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorials may be directed to the Humane Society of the Piedmont, 4527 W. Wendover Ave. Greensboro, NC, 27409.
