Frances H. Stroud

Mooresville-Frances H. Stroud, 93, formerly of Archdale passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019.

She was born on March 12, 1926 in High Point to the late Orville and Bessie Hines. A resident of Archdale most of her life, she was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She moved to Mooresville in 2015. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tyler Stroud.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy Stroud Teeter (Eric) of Mooresville; her brothers, Floyd Hines, Garland Hines (Dot), Ronnie Hines (Mary Lou) ; her sisters, Betty Lambeth (James), and Carol Wagoner; her sister in-law, Margaret Stroud; her grandsons, Bart Teeter (Allison), and Zane Teeter (Amanda); her great granddaughters, Olivia, Zoe, Ava  and Adelai, and a number of nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Frances’ life will be held on Monday morning, May 27, at 11 o’clock, at Trinity Baptist Church, with Pastor Morris Little officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery. Her family will receive friends on Monday morning from 10 until 10:45 at the church.
