GREENSBORO – Giles Hench Parlier, 91, died Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at the Hospice Home at High Point.

He was born December 5, 1928 in Paw Paw, Kentucky and was the son of the late David Allen and Pearl Puckett Parlier. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and founder of Seam-Craft, Inc. in High Point. Giles was a man of God and an encourager devoted to helping people live their best possible life.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Eleanor Walker; and brother, Gene Parlier.

Giles is survived by his wife, Linda Logan Parlier, whom he married on August 24, 1963; son, Greg Parlier (Susan); daughter, Melanie Bingham (Marvin), both of Greensboro; grandchildren, Sam Parlier, Caroline Kearns (Brad) and Brett Bingham; great-granddaughter, Sadie Grace Kearns; and brother, Jerry Parlier (Boots) of Greensboro.

Funeral services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
