Grace (Saunders) Hedrick

Mrs. Grace Saunders Hedrick, 88, resident of High Point, went to her heavenly home on November 10, 2019.

She was born December 4, 1930 in Burlington, N.C., a daughter to the late Henry Earl and Mary Carter Saunders.  She was a resident of this area most of her life and retired from Sears after 39 years.  Also preceding her in death was her husband of 56 years, Guy Hedrick; a sister, Nina Denny; brothers, Colin and Henry Saunders; and brother-in-law, Charles Wiley.

Surviving is a sister, Sherry Wiley; two brothers, Harry Amick Saunders (Libby) and Donald Ray Saunders (Sharon); a sister-in-law, Sharon Collins; and brother-in-law, Milton Powell.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.  The family wishes to thank her neighbors for the kindness shown to Grace.  Memorials may be directed to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Dr. High Point, N.C. 27262.
