To the Mason Family. May you find comfort in the following words found at 2 Thessalonians 16-17, "May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and gave everlasting comfort and good hope by means of underserved kindness, comfort your hearts and make you firm in every good deed and word." Even though you receive many words of consolation they are a fading memory when your heart is broken and God knows that. Even though he resides in the heavens he resides with the lowly and broken hearted and promises to revive them both. (Isaiah 57:15) He is a witness to the self-sacrificing love you showed toward your precious son and knows you miss him dearly. He is there for you and your family. HE describes himself as the God of comfort and the Father of tender mercies and promises to comfort you and your family through the trails ahead. (2 Corinithians 1:3-4) Do not postpone pouring your heart out to him, tell him all about your hurt and he will give you the strength beyond what is humanely possible to endure. (2 Corinthians 4:7) He created the heart and he will help you to heal bytaking time listening to him speak to you through the comforting scriptures quoted above. When those who mourn and comfort you leave to go to their homes, pull your Bible off the shelf and let him hold you in his powerful arms and say, "Do not be afraid, for I am with you Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness." (Isaiah 41:10)

Myra, we are so dearly sorry about the passing of your brother. I could always tell through our conversations just how much he meant to you, and how special he was to your life. He was blessed to have a wonderful, caring sister in you, and surely knew how much you loved him, as that was evident through how highly you spoke of him.Once Again, Jordan and I express our deepest condolences to you and your family.
