James “Jimmy” Arthur Casselbury, 60 of High Point died Tuesday at his home. Born November 20, 1961 in Miami, FL he is a son of Wanda Casselbury Pulliam. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Jimmy was a historian and a proud Civil War reenactor. He loved to read and had a great sense of humor. On July 29, 1995 he married the love of his life Deb. He truly adored her.
James is survived by his wife of 27 years Debra Hoyt Casselbury of the home, his mother Wanda Casselbury Pulliam; his brother Johnny Casselbury and his wife Vickey and sister Denise Watt all of High Point. His nephews Jason Casselbury of Lexington, Justin York and his wife Brittany of Franklinville and Johnathon Casselbury of Richmond, VA. One great neice Brittany McNeely of Franklinville.
Funeral services for James “Jimmy” Arthur Casselbury will be Tuesday, January 25th at Woodlawn Baptist Church, 3201 North Main Street, High Point, NC 27265. The family will receive visitors at 1pm. The service will begin at 2pm.
