Jason Eli Cardwell

Jason Eli Cardwell, age 34 of Greensboro passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at his residence.

Jason was born on September 27, 1984 in High Point, NC to Anthony Cardwell and Sheila Cardwell of Lexington, NC.  He is also survived by his wife of 11 years, Erin Cardwell; sons, Xander Cardwell and Loki Wise; sister Melissa Beal; grandparents, Stancy and Ola Mae Cardwell and Xander’s mother, Mariah Fraley.

Jason was preceded in death by two brothers, Zeke and Shawn Cardwell.

Jason was a loving son, husband and father.  He enjoyed fishing and playing pool during his off time from work and renovations around his home.  For the past thirteen years, he was employed by Old Dominion Freight Line.  Jason had been a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church in High Point since he was 9 years old.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumby Family Funeral Service, 1015 Eastchester Drive in High Point on Friday, April 26, 2019.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2019 in the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service officiated by Chaplain Janet Forrest.  Burial will follow at Floral Garden Park Cemetery.
