John E. Kopp

SOPHIA-John Everette Kopp, 67, entered uinto Eternal rest on Friday, July 16, 2021.

He was born on August 17, 1953 in Cambria County, PA, a son of the late Charles and Jean Brothers Kopp. A resident of the Sophia area most of his life, he served his country in the US Navy and retired from the Flooring Industry. John enjoyed his animals; especially his dogs, and in his younger years, he enjoyed deer hunting. His true love and passion was spending time with his family; particularly his grandchildren. He was a loving father, brother, grandfather, uncle and companion and will be dearly missed.

He leaves to cherish his memory; his children, Jason Kopp, John Kopp III, Crystal Kopp and Joshua Kopp; his siblings, Liz Mitchell, Daniel Kopp, Brett Kopp, Matt Kopp, Paul Kopp and his wife, Lynn; his grandchildren, Iain and Kamarii; several nieces and nephews, and his companion, Robin.

John will be laid to rest at a later date in Cherry Tree, PA.
