John Calvin Mitchell

John Calvin Mitchell,58 ,a resident of High Point NC, passed away on September 11, 2017.

Mr. Mitchell was on born June 5, 1959 in Richmond, VA, a son to Calvin & Christine Mitchell. He was a graduate of High Point Central High School, and also a Veteran of The United States Army. Mr. Mitchell was a proud member of the American Legion post 87 of High Point, NC. Mr. Mitchell loved to draw and spend time with his loving children. He was preceded in death by both parents, and a brother Mr. Curtis Mitchell.

Mr. Mitchell will be missed by his family dearly.

Surviving are his Children, Faith C. Mitchell, Patrick A. Mitchell, and Jackson Morgan of Asheboro, NC; Step Father, Donald Bennett of Asheboro, NC; Brothers, Donald (Kathy) Mitchell of Thomasville, NC, Dale (Emily) Bennett of Asheboro, NC; Sisters, Carolyn Kearns of High Point, NC, Ella Potter of Greensboro, NC, and Patricia (Chris) Morril of Hope Mills, NC; and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends.
