Larry Wayne Shelly

Larry Wayne Shelly of Jamestown, 79, went to his heavenly home on the evening of June 15th, 2022.

He was born on June 21st, 1942 to Earl Wayne Shelly and Pearlie Cox Shelly.  He was a member of His Laboring Few Ministries and lived his life for the Lord.  He was a multi-business owner of Shelly Landscaping and L&L Service, and had a passion for Harley Davidson Motorcycles.  He also served his country in the Air Force.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Barbara Shelly of Jamestown; his two daughters, Christy Davis and her husband Chris Davis of Archdale, Sherri Mendoza Ruiz and her husband Victor Mendoza Ruiz of Archdale; his four grandkids, Breanna and Alyssa Cross, Angel Davis, and Chloe Simmons, as well as many other close relatives and friends.

Larry will be remembered as a caring husband, father, grandfather, and friend.  He loved his family dearly.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2022 at His Laboring Few Ministries.
