Linda Bowman McGinn

ARCHDALE – Linda Bowman McGinn, 77, passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord on Sunday, May 17, 2020, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born October 31, 1942, in Randolph County and was the daughter of the late Vance and Ida Chaney Bowman. Linda was a cashier at Lowe’s Foods for many years and her greatest joy was time with her family. She was affectionately known to family and friends as “Nena” and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Nena is survived by her three children, Tommy Rayle and wife, Cheri, Charlotte Hunt and husband, Ron, and Chris Rayle and wife, Heather; grandchildren, Chelsi Rayle, Taylor Rayle, Rachel Hunt, Madelyn Rayle and Clara Rayle; and her sister, Nancy Brown and husband, Colon.

Private services will be held by the family.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Hospice of the Piedmont for their compassionate care.
