GREENSBORO-Linda Logan Parlier, 82, died Saturday, June 25, 2022 at the Hospice House of Randolph.
She was born December 2, 1939 in Rutherford County, NC, the daughter of the late Ned and Sara Logan. A resident of this area most of her life, she graduated from the Woman’s College at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro with an Art and Design Degree. She worked for Millis Road Elementary School in Jamestown where she volunteered as an Art Teacher. Linda enjoyed the outdoors; especially working in her flower garden. Most of all she enjoyed time with her family. She will be remembered as a talented artist, loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, preceding her in death were her husband of 57 years, Giles Hench Parlier and her brother, Edward Logan.
She is survived by her son, Greg Parlier and his wife, Susan; her daughter, Melanie Bingham and her husband, Marvin all of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Sam Parlier and his wife, Marley, Caroline Kearns and her husband, Brad and Brett Bingham. Also surviving are her great granddaughters, Sadie Grace, Kearns and Stella Rae Kearns.
Funeral Services will be private.
