Nancy Ellen (Ridge) Kirby

Mrs. Nancy Ellen Ridge Kirby passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in Winston-Salem, NC.  She was born March 2,1932, the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Bagby Ridge of Archdale, NC.  She was a graduate of Randleman High School and High Point University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, and later served 57 years as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Bookkeeper of J. Aubrey Kirby Design, Incorporated.  In addition, her first love was being a homemaker, which included their four children.  She is survived by her husband, J. Aubrey Kirby; sons, Rick Kirby and Mark Kirby (Laurie); daughters, Ann Kirby Thompson (Nick) and Beth Kirby Haggai (Allan); eight grandchildren, Allison Kirby Heere (Brian), Mallory Kirby Schneider (Jesse), Christine Thompson, Katherine Thompson Cross (Matthew), Erin Thompson, Rachel Thompson McKeel (Bryce), Jack Haggai (Grayson) and Bradley Haggai; and three great grandchildren, Jesse Schneider, III, Blakely Cross and Cooper Cross.  A memorial service was held at Marlboro Friends Meeting in Sophia, NC on Friday, September 23, 2022, where she was a birth right member until joining Centenary United Methodist Church in Winston-Salem, NC in 1958.  Memorials may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church, P.O.
