Nang Xayavong

High Point – Nang Xayavong, 62, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023 at High Point Medical Center.

Nang was born February 13, 1961, in Thailand and moved to Modesto, California in 1980. She and her family relocated to the High Point area in August of 1994. She worked for Harland Clarke for 23 years and was active in her community and temple. Nang enjoyed life and was active in her support of her community, her temple, and various non-profit organizations.

Nang is survived by her daughter, Soukanda Xayavong and husband, Von Keomanivong; her son, Tommie Xayavong and wife, Welson Sysourath; and her grandchildren, Ivon, Tylan, and Beckham Xayavong.

Funeral will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 11th, in the chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point, with cremation following in the Life Tribute Center of Cumby Family Funeral Service.
