Patricia Ann Bailey "Pat" Patzer

ARCHDALE-Patricia Ann Bailey “Pat”  Patzer, 79, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 27, 2018.

She was born on July 17, 1939 in Winston-Salem, to the late Henry and Virginia Clayton Bailey.  She retired from the State of Massachusetts, after 30 years of service, and was a member of the Lutheran Church of Our Father in Greensboro. Pat enjoyed crossword puzzles, crocheting, and attending her children’s sporting events, when they were growing up. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother, and will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, preceding her in death was her husband, Howard Albert “Pat” Patzer; a son, Michael Patzer; a granddaughter, Diana Rego, and a sister, Sandra Dunning.

She is survived by her children, Howard Patzer, Jr., and his wife, Cheryl, Yvonne Rego, John Patzer and his wife, Lai, Steven Patzer and his wife, Kelly, Robert Patzer and his wife, Jennifer, and Wanda Shutt. Also surviving are her brother, John Bailey and his wife Dee Dee; her sister, Kay Hicks and her husband, Gary; her grandchildren, Johnny, Tina, Kyle, Kory, Zachary, Julia, and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Mercedes, Michael, Starr, and Jordan.

A service to celebrate Pat’s life will be private.
