Phyliss (Branch) Hall

Phyllis Branch Hall, 78, of Sophia went home to be with Jesus surrounded by her loving family at her home on Friday July 19, 2019.

An 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday July 24, 2019 at Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale with Reverend David Younger officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery on High Point.

A Rockingham County native, Phyllis was born February 10, 1941 the daughter of the late William Junior Branch and the late Mary Chilton Branch.  Phyllis was a member of Allendale Baptist Church and attended faithfully as long as her health permitted.  In addition she was a faithful member of the church choir.  During her working years she worked at Archdale Texaco, Burlington Industries, Inc. and Pendleton Frame.

In addition to her parents Phyllis was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Stanley Hall; sister, Mary Moore.

Phyllis is survived by her husband of 43 years Carson L. Hall of the home; sons Tim Adams and wife Crystal of Sophia and Jeff Adams of Trinity; four grandchildren, Amanda Walters of Sophia, Trina Nicolay of Randleman Marcus Vaughn of Sophia and Ben Adams of Sophia.; sister, Linda Williamson and husband Frank of Climax and brother Danny Branch of Trinity.
