Phyllis (Giunta) Bill

Mrs. Phyllis Burnadette Giunta Bill, 70, resident of High Point, died May 16, 2020 at her home.

She was born July 6, 1949 in New York City, NY, a daughter to Salvatore and Raphaela Rotunda Giunta.  She lived in New York until 2007 when she moved to the High Point area.  Here, she was active with PACE of the Triad over four years and had attended Life Community Church.  In 1977, she married Martin Bill who survives of the residence.

Also surviving is her mother, Raphaela Giunta of Poughkeepsie, NY; a daughter, Rachael Reynolds and husband Hartwell of High Point; a grandson, David Bill of High Point; an aunt, Michelle Silverman of New Jersey; a sister, Joni Hunt; and a brother, Joey Giunta.  She was preceded in death by her father, Salvatore Giunta; her son, Michael Joseph Bill in 2000; and three sisters.

A cryptside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday (5-20) in the mausoleum chapel at Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point.  Mrs. Bill will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. both Monday (5-18) and Tuesday (5-19) at the Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point for any who would like to pay their respects.
