Colfax - Mr. Ralph Townsend Stevens, Jr. passed away at River Landing on February 10, 2021. He was born on November 22, 1927 in Cape May, New Jersey, a son to Ralph Townsend Stevens, Sr. and Charlotte Kimball Stevens.
Ralph graduated from Westminster University in 1951. While at Westminster, he excelled on the football field, earning the name “Brick” for his hard-hitting play on the field. On March 8, 1952, he married Nancy Henderson. He was employed by Aetna Insurance for 35 years, serving as General Manager of their Life and Casualty Department. Ralph enjoyed world travel as well as domestic journeys in the R.V. Ralph was always active in the church, years of volunteer service for Habitat for Humanity, as well as tax preparation for the elderly. In his spare time he liked to ski, golf and play tennis.
Ralph was predeceased by his parents and by his daughter, Anne Kimball Stevens. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Nancy Henderson Stevens; and son, David Stevens.
No services are planned at this time. Mr. Stevens will be inurned at a later date at the Brookville Cemetery in Brookville, Pennsylvania.
