Ronald Depue Russell

High Point—Ronald “Ronnie” Depue Russell 84, died October 04, 2020 at Holden Beach. Ronnie was born in Stanley County to the late Naomi Leonard Russell. He lived most of his life in the High Point area. He worked for Southern Railroad and Hayworth Roll and Panel. Ronnie was a member of the Journey Church of the Triad. He loved to golf and was a great and loving husband, dad and grandfather. In addition to his mother, his sister Judy Russell White preceded him in death

He is survived by his wife Betty Logan Russell of the home; daughter Keata Russell of Jamestown; Sons, David Russell (Tabatha) of Snow Camp, Jeff Russell (Shirley) of High Point; grandchildren Colt Wayne Russell, Michael Dean Russell, and Gracie Caroline Russell.

A Memorial Service will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday October 10, 2020 at Journey Church of the Triad with Rev. Rodney Byrd and Dr. Alan Cox officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am Saturday at the Church.

The family request that memorial contributions be made to the Salvation Army, 121 SW Cloverleaf Place High Point, NC 27263.
