TRINITY – Ronald Worth White, 77, died Monday, June 21, 2021 at Graybrier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born December 21, 1943 in High Point and was the son of the late Worth and Ella Mae Causey White. He was a member of Mt. Gilead Church in Sophia and served many years as Assistant Chief with Guil-Rand Fire Department. Ronald was a faithful husband, father and grandfather and enjoyed mill work.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Patsy White; and brother, David L. White.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Anita Garcia White, whom he married on September 21, 1985; children, John White (Angela) of Sophia and Lori Ann White; stepchildren, John W. Miller, Jr. (Theresa) of Fort Mill, South Carolina and Sherry Adamson (James) of Thomasville; grandchildren, Rebekah White, Caitlyn White, Cody Johnson (Lindley), Christian Johnson (Kendra), Jonathan Miller (Kaylie), Edward Michael Miller, Zachary Miller, and Jamie Mashburn; sister, Sandy Norman (Jimmy) of Atlanta; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial service celebrating Ronald’s life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Mt. Gilead Church with Pastor Tom Burkett officiating. The family will speak with friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.
