Winston-Salem – Sharon Bullard Vittitoe, 66, passed away Friday, November 20, 2020.
Born May 21, 1954, in Western Prong, Sharon was the daughter of the late Arthur and Malona Brown Bullard. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by five siblings, Junior, JoAnne, James, Jerry and Jim. Sharon was a member of Allendale Baptist Church and worked for Akzo Nobel. She took great joy in caring for and spoiling her grandchildren.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 31 years, James E. Vittitoe, Jr.; children, Michael Taylor and wife, Cary, and Jennifer Craft and husband, Eric; step-children, Tony Vittitoe and Mary Alice Kepley and husband, Mark; 9 grandchildren, Brittany, Justin, Kaleigh, Jaydin, Taylor, Elizabeth, Megan, Nicholas, and Matthew; and five great grandchildren, Kayden, Peyton, McKenzie, Alleigh, and Aurora. Also surviving are her sisters, Janice Brohm and husband, Mike; Judy Martinez, and Sara Phillips and husband, Phil; and two brothers, Leonard Bullard and wife, Jeanette, and Johnny Bullard.
Funeral will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 24th, at Landmark Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Amos Mashburn, Rev. David Younger, and Rev. Mike Orman. Entombment will follow at Floral Garden Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Monday night from 6 until 8 at Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale, and also one hour prior to the service at the church.
