Steven Dennis Montgomery

Mr. Steven Dennis Montgomery, 62, of Thomasville, passed away Friday, July 14, 2017, at the Hinkle Hospice House.

Born July 11, 1955, in High Point, Steven was the son of the late John Newman Montgomery, Sr. and Esther Bernice Shutt Montgomery. He was a veteran of the US Army, and worked in construction. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

He is survived by his wife of 43, years, Barbara Byrd Montgomery; children, Chris, Angie, and Sherrie and husband, Matthew; six grandchildren, Sharlene, Chasity, Hannah, Miranda, Braydon, and Nathan; two great grandsons, Adam and Gabriel Steven; one brother and six sisters.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale.
