Steven Robert Taylor

Thomasville – Steven Robert Taylor, 36, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022.

Born May 30, 1985 in Asheboro, Steven was the son of Stephen Michael and Teresa Hankins Taylor. He worked as a stump grinder and also did miscellaneous mechanic and construction work. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family.

In addition to his parents, Steven is also survived by his wife, Maelyn Shortt Taylor; three sons, Dakota Malone, Steven Robert Taylor, Jr., and Malachi Lee Taylor; a daughter, Avagail Taylor; brother, Michael Taylor and wife, Hollie, and their children, Elijah, Summer, Katie, and Everly; two cousins who were like brothers, Grant Taylor and Josh Taylor; and numerous other cousins, aunts and uncles.

Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 14th, at Calvary Baptist Church, 4431 Bowman Ave., in Randleman, officiated by Rev. Grant Taylor.
