Troy Anthony Alderman

Troy Anthony Alderman, 45, resident of Jamestown, North Carolina, passed away September 5th, 2021, after fighting a seven-month battle with cancer.  Troy was born September 26, 1975, in Grove City, Ohio, a son to Bernard & Janice Alderman. He was preceded in death by his mother Janice (Cole) Alderman and his grandparents.  Surviving is his father, Bernard Alderman of Grove City; his loving children, Ethan, Emma, Elizabeth & Elliotte Alderman of Jamestown, NC; his brothers, Mark, Brad (Cindy), Mitch & Bernie Jr. (Lindsey) Alderman; partner, Rebecca Smith (Carsen/Emery); several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many other loving family members and friends.  Troy was Senior Director of Operations for Ralph Lauren Corporation in High Point, NC.  He was a jack of all trades, but first and foremost, a father who loved nothing more in this world than his children.  Troy enjoyed doing projects around the house, working on cars, and was a big football fan (OSU).  His passing leaves a deep void for anyone who knew him and he'll be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Troy in Ohio later this month.  Memorials may be directed to the National Kidney Foundation at 30 E. 33rd St. New York, NY, 10016.
