Wanda Gail Scott

Celebration of life for Wanda Gail Scott, 67, who passed away Sunday, November 28th, 2021 at Moses Cone Hospital. Gail was born April 17, 1954 to the late Claude William Scott and Kathleen Lindsay Scott.  She was a cloth cutter by trade for many years.

In addition to her parents, Gail was preceded in death by her sisters, Glenda Hervey and Ann Asbury; and her brother, Dobbin Scott.

Gail is survived by one child, Frankie Dwayne Lohr and his wife Tammy; three grandchildren, Felicia (fiancé, Adam), Faith (fiancé, Noah) and Trinity, and one great-grandchild, Jase.  Surviving of the home is her partner of 34 years, Thomas Goode.

Other surviving siblings are Mickey Scott, Wayne Scott, Doug Scott, Kathy Fogleman (husband, Dale), and a special sister and best friend Patsy Brown (husband, Ronnie).  She is also survived by a host of many nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Gail’s life will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
