Rev. David Emery is our Chaplain and After-Care Director, and part of his ministry is to direct the services that we provide for our families following the funeral. He comes to us with a wealth of experience in pastoral ministry, having served congregations in Michigan, Wisconsin, and North Carolina during his 38 years of pastoral ministry. Having lived in the High Point area for 30 years, he has walked through the "valley of death" with hundreds of local families.

In addition, we encourage you to access our on-line tools which include:
- Interactive After Care, with helpful videos that can be easily accessed and viewed in the comfort of your home.
- Group Grief Support, which is an interactive group session that meets monthly on-line, and is led by grief experts. This is not group therapy, per se but it is an opportunity to connect with others who are walking the same path.

Our goal is to assist you in this adjustment process, remembering that there are no magic potions to make the pain go away, only tools to aid you in your discovery of life after the death of a loved one.
