Mary Ina (Leach) Kestler

Mrs. Mary Ina Leach Kestler, 89, of Lexington, passed away Friday, December 15, 2017.

Born April 24, 1928, in High Point, Mary was the daughter of the late William “Banner” and Ethel Brewer Leach. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Dallas Carl Maske; her second husband, David Kestler; three sisters, Julia Cochran, Margaret Owen and Frances Kestler; and three brothers, Fred Leach, Hubert Leach, and Roy Leach. Mary was retired from Adams Millis Hosiery Mill and was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lexington. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her step-son, Marshall Kestler and wife, Rozane, of Lexington; brother, Joe Leach, of High Point; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday afternoon from 1 until 2 at Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale. Funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2017 in the mausoleum chapel at Floral Garden Memorial Park, officiated by The Reverend Matthew L. Miller.

The family wishes to thank the staffs of Brookstone Assisted Living and Hospice of Davidson County for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
