It is hard to believe Robert has been gone for two years today. We miss him still but find comfort in knowing he is in a better place and no longer suffering. Rest in peace brother until we meet again! Jay & Bobbie

Mr. Outlaw clearly did a lot for The Diving Community. He was never a Navy SEAL.

Janet and family- I was so sorry to just hear of Robert's passing!
Such a dedicated man to his family, friends, and diving community.
Mike and I have such great memories of the many years of diving with Janet and Robert! Robert made diving fun, safe, an educational!

I am so sad to hear of Bob's passing. I remember spending so much time together when we were creating some of those great education and business programs at the quarry. I also remember how you were there when I needed a friend and you never hesitated. You really were one of a kind. You'll be missed my friend.

My thoughts are with Janet, Ronnie and the rest of The Blue Stone family. I have many fond memories at Blue Stone and even more from working with Bob on training agency and technical projects through the last three decades. He was a vital part of the diving community and a great friend, his loss will be felt by many. I will always remember his humor and the way he would ask me, "did you really think about that". You will be missed Bob. God speed on the next phase of your journey my friend.

I was a former co-owner of the Blue Dolphin Dive shop, and was an instructor in the "team" of instructors. working out of the Blue Dolphin Dive Shop, and "book keeper"
I sold my part out in 1980. Enjoyed teaching with Robert, Ed, Henry and Doc Goble.
We had a pretty good teaching team. Sorry to see you go Robert, teach 'em a lot good buddy. where ever you end up. Joel.

Joel: I do remember you from the "old" days. Yes...Robert Outlaw was my best friend and partner. I miss him terribly.. He is with Jesus in Heaven...where I will join him one day when the Lord is ready to take me. Robert was respected and loved in the Dive Community. I continue to keep his "legacy" going thru the support of a lot of dear friends
