Haven't seen Betty as often as we used to, but every Christmas Eve for years and years we would go either to the Motel in Thomasville or to Butch's house for a little get together and Betty always had the best food.
She will surely be missed , but isn't suffering anymore and in a better place.
Thinking of Butch and the family at this time .

Butch, I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. I have known Betty for over 40 years. Although I had not seen her in several years she was not a woman you would ever forget! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My condolences to all the family. Betty and I were close friends for more than thirty years. I cherish so many memories, Betty and I were the last of a group we called the "Old Motel Owners" We lost Bill, Steady, Henry, Francis, Fran. A.C, and Dorothy Hall owners of the Atlantic Lodge in Atlantic Beach were our host for one week-end in October, for 30 years. I cherish all those memories. We will all be together again one day. My love to you all.
