Charles was a very caring individual and a good neighbor who touched everyone's life. His presence will definitely be missed! My prayer now is for the family that remains. I pray for comfort and peace in knowing that he is in a much better place and is the best form of himself! The family will be in my thoughts and prayers! Peace and comfort to you all!
