Dear Lin, Sharon, and Charlotte,

Peggy was such a wonderful woman--so positive, curious, fun, and generous--and I have such great memories of her (and Harold and all of you) throughout my life. She was a dear friend to all, especially to my mother, and I will miss her. So happy to have seen her during a visit not too long ago to Nan and "Butch" Brinson.

Much love,

Beth

I remember Peggy fondly from attending many of the cultural events in High Point. Her bright, positive attitude permeated throughout every room she entered. . She was definitely one of the city's jewels.

Ms. Peggy, your smile was infectious and it was a privilege to have known you. You also filled a huge void for my wife (Karen) much more than you will ever know... at least until we all meet once again. To the family, our thoughts and prayers are with you during these times.

We are so sorry to hear of Ms. Peggy's passing. The boys and I always enjoyed visiting with her and seeing her laugh. They say she is an angel watching over us now. She will truly be missed.

A beautiful, bright light has gone from High Point. In her time at Pennybyrn, we came to love and admire Peggy. She was a gem, and will be missed by all.

Dear Lin and the rest of Peggy's family,
I am recalling our conversation last fall when I told you how welcoming your mother was to me when I moved to Pennybyrn four years ago and how much I missed seeing her each day after she moved to more attentive care. Peggy was a bright example of grace and courage as her circumstances were changing and now I know from her lovely obituary that that grace and courage had been her hallmark all her life. I am so glad I got to know her. Grace and peace to your family as you mourn this remarkable lady.

I met Peggy when she was staying at westchester harbour. We began to talk when we found out we had the same name. I would speak to her often when I went to visit my sister. She was always smiling and always looked very nice and classy. I took her picture at the christmas party and she looked so very pretty. I took the picture to her room and her daughter was visiting her that day. I will miss talking with Peggy. My prayers are with the family and just know what a wonderful lady she was. love peggy

There are many memories that I have of Peggy and her wonderful smile and heart. My Mom, Peggy Dobbins, cared for Peggy years ago when she was ill and they formed a special bond and friendship. My Dad and Mom both thought so highly of Peggy and Harold's friendship. Dad and I were saddened to hear of Peggy's death. Our prayers go out to your family during this time.

I never remember a time that Peg wasn't smiling at us, even during our teens when we gave her plenty of reasons not too. I have so many wonderful memories of our family trips and of how sweet she was with my mom when she was sick. My prayers and hugs to all of you!
